Our baby girl has just left the baby room now and we are so pleased and happy with her progress. The staff are always so friendly and have a genuine interest in the children. My daughter has really grown and developed since starting here last year. She’s learnt so much and loves her friends. She gets excited to go to nursery which is lovely to see. Highly recommend the baby room and she is excited for big girl room next year. Special thank you to Megan, Katie and Becca for helping her to grow :-)

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter started at 6 months and is still really enjoyed it. She’s nearly 2 now! She comes home always showing signs of development which is brilliant. The staff are caring and I’ve been very happy with all of her key workers. The app they use is great for updates and keeping me informed during the day. Thanks so much all, Bianca

We visited numerous nurseries before finding Precious Gems, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. After having to remove our son from a well-known chain nursery, we were determined to find a place that was not only a safe environment but also fostered his learning and development. From the moment we toured Precious Gems, we knew it was the right fit. The staff were incredibly informative, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. The facilities far exceeded those of other nurseries we had considered. Becka and her team have been fantastic with our son. We receive daily updates on his activities, and the app makes it easy to communicate with the team. We especially love how each day brings a new, engaging activity tailored to the children, showing just how invested the staff are in their care and development. We would highly recommend Precious Gems to other parents. Unlike other nurseries that can feel impersonal, here we truly feel that the staff care about every child rather than just treating them as a number. A wonderful nursery that provides a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment—we couldn’t ask for more!

My 15 month old has been attending Precious Gems for 3 months now and loves it. When we get the photos and videos at the end of the day we love looking through them and seeing how happy she is and what activities she has been involved in that day and if there is anything we can mimic at home such as singing the same songs. The team at Precious Gems are lovely, really easy to communicate with and seem to really enjoy what they do which is something we did not find everywhere when we were looking at nurseries. The nursery itself is laid out nicely with plenty of space and feels considered. I particularly like that Precious Gems is set up by Julie who has been a childminder herself and is present at the nursery quite often. When I first started dropping off at the nursery it was quite challenging emotionally but the ladies made it easier and now my daughter goes to them happily which I think speaks volumes. Everything that happens throughout the day is logged in the portal which is great for me as I like to know, and also take comfort in seeing, that things are running normally. Handing your child over to someone else to take care of is a huge deal and it’s really important for parents to feel confident that their child is in good hands which I do.

My 3 year old son has been attending Precious Gems Nursery since January of this year and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff are professional, enthusiastic and really care about every child's wellbeing. From his first settle session, my son loved coming here, which speaks volumes about the calm and homely environment that has been created. His confidence has blossomed and he tells me all about his friends and everything they have learned and explored that day. Activities are enriching and fun whilst being educational and every child is included and celebrated. Communication has always been at the forefront; I get hand overs about his day and am updated on the tapestry app throughout his time in nursery, with daily photos of what he has been up to. He is provided with nutritious snacks and a wonderful varied menu, which I'm quite often told he's had second (and third) helpings of! Precious Gems has really exceeded all my expectations. I'm so glad he has found somewhere he can grow and learn, to appropriately prepare him for primary school.
