Rainbow Day Care has been amazing for our daughter! The staff are caring, patient, and truly dedicated. She has made so much progress in confidence, communication, and independence since starting. We’re so thankful for the supportive environment that’s helped her thrive! They’ve given her support, encouragement, and opportunities she needed to grow, and given us as parents peace of mind knowing she’s in the best hands possible. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Rainbow Day Care has been absolutely amazing for my daughter. The staff are so caring, supportive, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing. Since starting here, my daughter has grown in confidence, made wonderful progress in her development, and is such a happy little girl. The nurturing environment they provide has really helped her thrive, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the positive impact they’ve had on her. I would highly recommend Rainbow Day Care to any parent looking for a safe, encouraging, and loving place for their child. I am so sad that our journey with rainbow has come to an end, but looking forward to our next chapter at school.

Would NOT recommend!! Seems if your child is not participating in activities they are left to roam the nursery unsupervised! Resulting in my 2 year old daughter being bitten 5x over 2 5 hour sessions & the so called staff were only aware 1 of these bites occurred 🫠🫠🫠 My girl must have been crying because they are really deep bites, what did they think had happened or was she just left to get over it on her own? Who knows!! I fully understand that kids go through the biting stage but how can a 2 year old be bitten that many times & no member of staff be aware???!!!!They have failed to do the bare minimum of keeping my girl safe! Management literally had the cheek to email me stating they always provide a 'safe nurturing environment for all children' & they offered support when they clearly did NOT! & also refused to give me back payment i have made for june 2025 (payments are made 1 month in advance) as ive obviously pulled my kids out 🫣 disgusting to say the least!!!!! My daughter is now thriving unharmed at another nursery. I have also heard from other parents who's children have had their hair cut (2 & 3 year olds left unsupervised with scissors WOW) & parents who's children have been left in soiled nappies for extended periods of time resulting in severe nappy rash.

Amazing nursery! Make you feel at ease from day 1. My little one started at three months old they are amazing with him 😁
