Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive targeted support, enabling them to access learning alongside their peers and to progress from their starting points. Leaders create an inclusive culture where staff know children well and identify needs early, adapting practice such as using clear language, working in smaller groups, and using sensory resources to ensure these children participate fully and build confidence.
This is a really great nursery. Our daughter joined in February after we relocated to the area and has enjoyed ever day she’s been there. The staff are caring and engaged and our daughter’s development has been staggering since she has been at Rainbow House.
