Our ethos
At Wyke Community and Children’s Centre we believe that each and every child deserves the very best start in life. By working closely with parents, families and carers we recognise that children are unique. We aim to help children make the most of their individual talents, by providing a secure, safe and happy environment. Our inclusive provision enables children to thrive, be respected, be independent, be confident and enjoy a variety of educational experiences, whilst building strong relationships with practitioners and their peers.
What it's like
Leaders and staff go above and beyond to provide children with the individual support that they need to reach their full potential. Children benefit from the ambitious curriculum and learning experiences staff plan for them, and flourish and make excellent rates of progress in their all-round development. They show high levels of confidence and self-esteem because of the nurturing and caring relationships staff build with them.
