How they support every child

SEND provision

Provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is exemplary. Staff have a superb understanding of what each child already knows and what they need to learn next. They work closely with parents and other agencies to review children's next steps, which helps them to decide what to teach children. Staff advocate and challenge other agencies to ensure vulnerable children receive the help that is required, enabling all children to access a broad curriculum successfully and make excellent progress.

I honestly can’t thank this nursery enough for the support they’ve given me and my family, especially during some recent difficult times. They’ve gone above and beyond to help with my childcare needs, showing real understanding, flexibility, and kindness when we needed it most. The staff are caring, professional, and truly dedicated to the children. My child is always happy to go in and comes home smiling, which says everything. The team create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can grow in confidence and learn through play. Communication has been excellent, and I always feel listened to and supported. It’s such a relief knowing my child is in safe hands. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and loving setting for their child.
