My 18 month old has been at Banana Moon Harlow for almost a year. He is looked after like he is their own child. The ladies are passionate about his development and wellbeing, listen to any concerns and always relay what activities he has been involved in throughout the day. Definitely recommend this day nursery

My child has attended this wonderful nursery for 2 years now and I could not be more happy with and appreciative of the staff and the entire environment there. They create a great learning environment and encourage and advise us on all the developmental stages. We can all only speak from our own experience but my child has always napped well there and has many varied educational and fun activities, and is definitely never bored. My child eats a really varied and healthy diet and that is significantly due to the food they serve and the way they have meal times at nursery. I find the environment clean , fresh and welcoming, the staff are professional have a great team dynamic and always there if you need them. The biggest endorsement of the excellence of Banana Moon Harlow to me is that my child always runs in saying hello to everyone and barely looks back at me. I would encourage anyone to send their child there. Thanks Team Harlow Banana Moon.

Incredibly happy with the nursery. Staff are reassuring and supportive, very friendly and always available to talk. Little one loves attending, runs in and is excited to see the staff. Very pleased with how child has developed and progressed during the time spent at Banana Moon and love the weekly photos, observations and updates. Have and will continue to recommend.

Was very really nervous about our little girl going to nursery as she was only 9 months old and hadn’t been away from my wife for long periods of time and still co sleeping. We met the staff in the baby room and told them our worries. They were so understanding and made us feel comfortable and the girls put our minds at rest straight away. Our little girl absolutely loves going to nursery and is now sleeping in a cot too. She loves the girls in there too and is so excited to see them. She is always happy when I collect her and I get a detailed hand over of how she has been and what she has eaten. Love the app as we can see her pictures and golden moments. All staff are very friendly and say hello and goodbye to her when she leaves.

Staff are very welcoming and caring. Always asking how child feeling and when child finished day they always will say how the day was...what activities they did etc. Love nursery app its just amazing to read it through and see also pictures which can be downloaded. I really appreciate how hard is working nursery staff to provide comfort, development, cuddles, activities for little ones. Special occasions like Halloween, Christmas they always have something different how child can enjoy the festivities. Also is amazing that child birthdays they celebrating with little cake baking and lovely singing. This little moments and enjoyment will stay always on child heart. Also on this uncertain times management team is very supportive. This is lovely nursery to choose. Thank you all staff member for hard work, enthusiasm, every smile and passion towards children and my daughter Laima. She will miss you all!
