How they support every child

SEND provision

The manager has made positive improvements to the support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff swiftly identify children who work below expectations, and they work closely with the dedicated SEND practitioner who tailors a first-class programme to support children to make rapid progress.

Outdoor space

When coming outside to play, older children wait patiently for staff to deploy themselves in the different areas. Older children show excellent control as they ride on tricycles and negotiate space and change of speed extremely well.

The staff is wonderful. What's most important to me is that the classroom staff always involve you in everything related to your child and care for them with great dedication and professionalism. The office staff always respond to any questions you may have (related to your child, finances, admissions, etc.) quickly and are also incredibly friendly. The Early years manager (who is also wonderful and kind) is always willing to help with anything you need. Overall, I'm delighted with the service I've received and it's a nursery I always recommend to people who live in the area.

We feel our daughter is treated as a real individual in this nursery. Her key workers seem to genuinely understand her and support her, she has really flourished since starting there. We are looking forward to sending our second child there in the near future!

The nursery staff are parking without any consideration to the local residents, causing a real nuisance during the week. I would urge the management to be more considerate to the local residents by making a more considerate parking scheme for your employees. Honestly it is getting bad now.
