Inclusion & environment
Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities exceptionally well, accessing specific training to develop their professional skills. Additional funding is used for specific equipment and resources to support children's individual needs, and staff liaise closely with other professionals, such as specialist teachers, to share ideas and strategies to help children make progress.
Children can choose when to go out into the garden and engage in activities such as balancing on beams and logs, scaling the climbing wall, running across the wobbly bridge, and using the slide. They also engage in large-scale painting outdoors and have regular opportunities to visit the allotment to plant and harvest vegetables and fruit.
Couldn't have picked a more perfect nursery for my son, the staff really are incredible and I'm not just talking about the teaching staff, each and every member of staff really does bring magic to the place and i feel happy while I'm at work knowing my son is safe, happy, entertained and genuinely cared about. They fully embrace child led learning and go out of their way to ensure each and every child's needs are met. Honestly can't praise them enough, i will be sad when it's time for my boy to move up to school.
