As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Rise N Shine Nursery. From the very first day, the staff made both my child and our family feel incredibly welcome and supported. The environment is warm, bright, and full of positive energy — you can tell the children are genuinely happy and comfortable there. The teachers are exceptional — caring, patient, and very attentive to each child’s individual needs. They take the time to communicate with parents daily, sharing updates on learning activities, meals, and even little milestones that mean so much to us. I really appreciate how they focus not just on academics, but also on social and emotional development, encouraging kindness, confidence, and curiosity. The learning areas and play spaces are always clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of age-appropriate toys and learning materials. My child especially loves the outdoor play area and the fun themed activities they organize each week — there’s always something new and exciting happening. Another thing that stands out is how well they handle transitions — from settling in new children to preparing the older ones for school. The staff’s patience and consistency really help children feel secure and thrive. Overall, Rise N Shine Nursery has been a wonderful place for our child to grow and learn. It truly feels like a second home. I can’t recommend it enough to any parent looking for a nurturing, safe, and inspiring early learning environment.
Read on GoogleIt took me awhile to write this but I decided I should make others aware of what happened to my daughter while she attended this nursery. My daughter attended this nursery from 3 years of age until she went to reception last September. We were relatively happy in the beginning, however towards the end of our time there my daughter started crying and refusing to go to nursery saying there is a lot of shouting in the preschool room. When I brought it up to the nursery, they brushed me off saying it’s just very loud in there because of the high volume of children (26 kids). They refused to acknowledge any shouting from their staff ever happened. Fast forward one week ago- almost 6 months after my daughter has left, my daughter tells me the preschool room leader used to tell her “I wish you would leave” and “I don’t like your family”. My heart broke for her. How a grown woman could say that to a child is beyond me. As a mum I wonder how this might affect my daughter’s self esteem and confidence. If you want a caring and nurturing place for your children to grow- I don’t think this is the right place. If you want a nursery that genuinely listens to your concerns, I don’t think this is the right place. Sure everyone’s experience here might be different, unfortunately this was ours.

Read on GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Rise 'N' Shine Nursery. As a parent, entrusting your child to others is one of the biggest leaps of faith you can take, and the team at Rise 'N' Shine has not only earned our trust but has become a cherished part of our family. From the moment we first visited, we were struck by the warm, welcoming, and vibrant atmosphere. The staff are nothing short of exceptional. They are not just caregivers; they are passionate, qualified educators who know and adore each child for their unique personality. I am constantly amazed by the little details they share at pick-up, showing how attentively they observe and nurture my child. The learning environment is incredible. My child comes home every day buzzing with excitement about what they've done – whether it's a messy play activity, a new song they've learned, a fascinating nature project, or simply the joy of playing with their friends. The curriculum is clearly well-thought-out, perfectly balancing structured learning with creative, free-play exploration. Communication is seamless, with daily updates and photos that give us a wonderful window into their day. The management is also fantastic—always professional, organized, and genuinely open to feedback. Seeing our child flourish in confidence, social skills, and curiosity is the greatest testament to the quality of care at Rise N Shine. We are so grateful to have found such a nurturing and stimulating foundation for our child's early years. Thank you for everything you do!
