Choosing a nursery for your child is never easy, and like every parent, we had many concerns at the beginning. From the very first day, the team supported us greatly during our daughter’s settling-in period and showed her such genuine care and attention. Thanks to their patience and individual approach, she adapted smoothly and now goes there happily. Their warm and sincere attitude made us feel comfortable right away, and we never felt like strangers. Every concern we had was met with understanding and reassurance. The most important thing for us is knowing that our baby is in safe hands and truly happy. We send our daughter here with complete peace of mind. Thank you so much for everything.

Our daughter, Menuki, joined Wonder Haven Nursery in January 2025, and we have been with them for six wonderful months. Although her time at the nursery has been relatively short, it has been enough for us to truly appreciate the enriching experience it has provided for both Menuki and us as parents. From the very beginning, Ms. Edwina has been an incredible support, guiding us through the enrollment process and offering assistance whenever we needed it. As newcomers to the UK, finding someone as caring and helpful as Ms. Edwina has been a tremendous relief. Menuki's class teachers, Ms. Iqra and Ms. Fhamida, have been nothing short of amazing. From her first day, they helped Menuki settle in and adapt to the nursery environment, making her transition seamless. Thanks to their nurturing approach, Menuki quickly felt at home in her new surroundings. At Wonder Haven, they use the Famly app, which keeps us updated throughout the day. We receive daily updates on Menuki's activities, including meal times, what she ate, and whether she took a nap. The class teachers also upload delightful pictures of daily activities, allowing us to see just how much fun Menuki is having. We truly appreciate these updates, as they give us a glimpse into her joyful day. The entire staff at Wonder Haven is incredibly friendly and warm, making our experience even more special. They have organized numerous events for the children, which Menuki has thoroughly enjoyed, including Sports Day, the Annual Trip, and Graduation Day. On Menuki's last day at the nursery, the staff went above and beyond by preparing a thoughtful gift pack. It included a book showcasing all the activities she participated in during her time there, a pen drive filled with pictures of her class adventures, a lovely yearbook, and a shirt to cherish as a memory. We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation and a huge THANK YOU to Ms. Edwina, Ms. Iqra, Ms. Fhamida, Ms. Hanifa, Ms. Sima, and the entire Wonder Haven team! Menuki wants me to add that she loves all of you!

Our daughter really thrived at Wonder Haven. This nursery has lovely caring staff that make you feel part of a family. It was awesome to get daily updates and see her progress. We all enjoyed taking part in Sports Day and end of year trips. Wished we could've stayed with them until she started primary school but sadly moving out of the area.

I have the absolute pleasure of telling others about our experience with Wonder Haven Nursery. A year ago, We visited other nurseries nearby before coming here to check if they had a place for our son, but everyone was really cold and not welcoming. However, when we first walked in to Wonder Haven, we felt the complete opposite. There was a warm welcome, nice greeting and friendly talk from the start. Their staff are amazing, especially the owner, Edwina who took her time explaining all the steps to us and giving us every piece of information about the process. As time went by, we discovered that she is just a blessing and a warm light shining on everyone with special, unwavering dedication and care to the kids. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the care and attention my son receives. The environment is clean, safe, and incredibly nurturing, making it the perfect place for him to grow and explore. The food is great and balanced as well. The chefs are just excellent and cook food with immense love. They know any allergy a child might have and keep a strict rule and constant watch to avoid any issue by allocating any dietary requirement accordingly. The staff is not only professional but also deeply invested in the well-being and development of each child. My son comes home every day with new stories, new skills, and a huge smile on his face. They provide a variety of fun and educational activities that keep the kids engaged while fostering their creativity, social skills, and independence. It’s clear that the management team and the teachers at Wonder Haven genuinely love what they do and care for the children like they are their own. We highly recommend Wonder Haven to any parent looking for a nurturing, enriching, and safe environment for their little one. It’s a wonderful place, and we are so grateful to have found it. We had an amazing experience with Wonder Haven Nursery. The team is caring, professional, and truly dedicated, and Edwina is simply exceptional.
