• Staff use effective strategies to promote children's language and communication skills, including reading, singing, chatting, and using pictures, signs, and gestures.
• There are effective partnerships with parents to support children's care and learning needs.
• Staff are well-supported by leaders, receiving regular training and feedback.
• The arrangements for safeguarding are effective, with leaders and staff demonstrating a good understanding of their roles and procedures.
