Excellent nursery and the montessori teaching has already helped my 2 year old daughter become more independent. Great clean facilities with all the learning fun for children. Has a lovely outdoor space and in a very secure building. Very good teachers who really pay attention to each individual child and tailor to thier learning style. It's a new place and so far we are very impressed.

The best nursery ever, my child has learn a lot, and i would definitely recommend this to all the parents, who are new to the place, or your child is not getting settled in any other nursery. All the teachers are extremely welcoming and take care of each and every child. Thank you Little Leaders for the effort you take for each and every child.

My children have been going to Little Leaders in Rayners Lane for over a year. This child centered nursery works extremely hard with the children using fun, engaging, kineasthetic activities designed by staff who are well trained and equipped to develop my children. My girls absolutely love going to nursery, they have learn't so much from babbling to full sentences, crawling to walking, becoming independent (washing hands before and after meals), kind mannerisms, phonics, numberd, days of the week, months of the year, passion for singing songs in spanish, nursery songs, eating independently and a variety of food, toilet trained, putting on their outdoor clothing, cooking (mixing, cutting,.rolling) cleaning up after playing and have made excellent progress which as parents regularly review and reflect by 'being in the moment'. We see all staff being very passionate about their roles, its more than their job and they put in hours outside of their time, all staff are extremely nuturing, caring and have been very resourceful and helped my youngest who joined at 9 months, knowing she is very sensitive and at the time very attached to me she has had no issues settling in and has not had any tears at all. My daughters feel very safe and it is their home comfort environment where they enjoy all the different activities, and have developed their progress during set milestones. As a parent it's really vital you can ask questions and get feedback daily from the staff, the nursery manager has really turned around the nursery since starting just over a year ago and they have been all positive changes for my children and for us as parents which is why its so important to say it is a child centred approach and feedback from parents is always taken regularly on board. Unlike other nurseries, you do not pay extra charges for additional activities so activities such as cooking, spanish, yoga, mindfulness are taught for free. What I love about LL's in Rayners Lane, nothing is the same old, things are always upcoming, exciting activities or classes or events, the innovative thought processes behind the management has made it evident how hard they and the staff are working and its all for the children, how to engage them more or how to improve their learning or to make them more creative. Every week when I go in to pick up my children, there is a new project, or a new layout, new menu or something newly designed on the wall that the children have done...the love of learning isn't just in a book or reported by a key worker, I get to see their work displayed and updated. I have seen and been to quite a few nurseries before LL's and as a full time mother and a parent of 2 children (baby & toddler) I would highly recommend this nursery.

My wife & I have just moved into the area and after looking at several nurseries, we are enrolling our child at Harrow Montessori. It looks to be safe and secure. Very nurturing which is what we most wanted for our child. The premises are immaculate and staff were kind and informative which is why we have given it 5*.

Upset as they left my emails unanswered for weeks... Really would have loved my daughter to attend this nursery either as a 2 year old or for next year as 3 year old (both on funding either 15 or 30 hours). They said there is no places for 2 year olds which is understandable, but when emailed again to reserve a place for when she turns 3 and no answer for weeks.
