I will share my experience for this nursery. At the beginning of August I went to the nursery to have a look and see if it’s nice. Then we decided that I want my child to go there. I discussed everything nanny because manager was busy in the meeting. They said will send me all information and paperwork shortly by email. I waited couple weeks no one email me, so I called and I been asked to wait a bit longer. I waited then I email them and I got replay back that paperwork’s still in progress. I waited then again emailed and I got the same answer. So because my child gets 30 hrs free nursery and I don’t need to pay anymore that means nursery can do like this? Now is end of September and all nurseries are full, because I chosen wrong nursery and I trusted now we sitting at home… I hope so, this nursery will improve and not gonna do to other people like this.
