About this day nursery

Rosebuds Nursery Ltd, situated in Hildersham, offers a nurturing and stimulating environment for children from three months to four years old. Originally established in April 2022 as Rosebuds Childminding Service by Director Jessica Broughton, it has since expanded into a family-run nursery, with Jessica joined by her sister Becky Newman.

The nursery boasts a personal garden area featuring a climbing frame, mud kitchen, and spaces for planting, encouraging outdoor exploration and physical activity. Meals are freshly prepared on-site by a trained chef, offering healthy and nutritious options that cater to various dietary requirements.

Rosebuds is Ofsted registered and adheres to the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, emphasising play as a crucial element of early education. The team consists of experienced and dedicated staff, all undergoing mandatory training and continuous professional development.

My little boy joined Rosebuds on the day it opened, and he loves it there. The nursery goes out of its way to organise different, themed activities, based on what day, or time of the year it is. The staff really build up a relationship with the children, and encourage development. The food is varied, the rooms are bright, spacious and clean, with loads of toys, and the children even get taken to see the local horses sometimes in the pram. All in all, it’s been a wonderful experience.

Rosebuds have been nothing short of fantastic for my little boy. The staff are genuinely compassionate and interested in the children, make an effort to keep you updated on their progress and are always doing enriching activities with them such as, music sessions, outdoor exploring and arts and crafts. My son is genuinely excited to go into Rosebuds in the morning and I feel reassured in the knowledge I'm leaving him in capable hands. Thank you Rosebuds for making our transition from Maternity leave ending to full time nursery so seamless, we drive 13 miles each way to drop our son off and even if a space at a closer nursery came up I wouldn't change knowing how well cared for and settled our son is!

My boys been with Rosebuds since they opened the nursery and I absolutely love the team. Not only is the space incredible with a variety of toys and areas, the nursery itself is in a farm and away from chaos. The meals are all healthy and nutricional. All the professionals are incredible and I feel very safe having my son there. The app they use keeps us updated of their day to day which is really nice. I would really recommend any mum and dad to have their child at rosebuds.

Rosebuds have been fantastic with my little ones. The staff are all smiley nurturing people and the kids warmed to them very quickly. There are always different activities arranged and fun things to do. My eldest especially likes to go outside into the garden and for walks. The facilities are lovely bright and airy with lots of toys and space to play.
