• Staff plan an ambitious, sequenced curriculum that supports strong progress for all children, including those with SEND and EAL.
• Children have access to a wide range of experiences that develop and practise their physical skills, such as building obstacle courses with tyres and crates.
• Staff offer a wealth of experiences for sensory exploration, including making play dough and exploring different materials like rice and sand.
• The provider and staff meticulously track and monitor each child's progress, using in-depth knowledge to plan high-quality learning experiences.
• Learning about the local community is a high priority, with regular outings to learn about the local area and forest school visits.
• Staff receive a diverse range of training opportunities and monitor children's next steps, skilfully planning experiences.
• Staff have established excellent partnerships with parents, using handover times and online assessment records for effective communication.
