Sapphires has been a truly wonderful place for our daughter. Every day was filled with adventure and learning, all carried out in the most nurturing, positive, and enjoyable way possible. It’s clear that she has flourished at Sapphires - growing in confidence, developing new skills, and discovering a genuine love for exploring the world around her. The care, attention, and warmth she received made all the difference, and it’s been worth every penny to see how happy and settled she’s been. What makes Sapphires so exceptional are the educators, all of whom have each brought their own kindness and encouragement, giving our daughter the best possible experience. Their collective dedication has created not just a nursery, but a true home away from home - and one where our daughter has been able to thrive in every sense. Our daughter went to two nurseries prior to this - both of which we loved but it was only when she started at Sapphires that we could truly see what a nursery should be ! Not one tear at drop off in her two years ! Quite the change from her two previous settings !! Now that she’s started school, we can see just how much Sapphires has prepared her. She’s settled in beautifully and approaches every new challenge with confidence and enthusiasm…all thanks to the wonderful foundation they gave her.

We visited this setting for our little boy. This nursery obviously benefits from a lot of resources. We didn’t choose Sapphires primarily because despite those resources it felt a little clinical and less warm than others, and our experience was of a number of stressed staff. Not all, but some. We weren’t asked for feedback from our show around. On a visit to view the area only, we noticed two staff smoking in the churchyard opposite. A local person mentioned in passing that this was a common sight. That was a red line for us, and will be an important consideration for all families.

Choosing the right place for our little boy felt like such an important decision, but we couldn’t be happier with our choice of Sapphires. We never imagined he would be cared for and loved so deeply by such an incredible team. He joined a year ago at just 10 months old, and now he’s a confident, thriving toddler. The growth he’s shown is a true testament to the dedication, passion, and hard work of the Sapphires staff. Everyone is so friendly and always takes the time to warmly welcome us during drop-offs and pick-ups. Communication is consistently excellent, and we always feel reassured knowing he’s in such safe and capable hands. Thank you, Sapphires, for everything you do!

Genuinely such a lovely nursery. It is so hard to choose a place to send your children when they are so young. Our children both attended nursery 5 days a week and we found Sapphires nurturing and educational. There are lots of extra activities that the children can enjoy from play ball to animal visits. The food is homemade with limited sugar and the teachers were warm and friendly. We had a wonderful experience at Sapphire’s.

I couldn't recommend Sapphires more highly! My son started there two years ago aged two. He was an extreme premature baby who was very small for his age and had a number of dietary requirements. Sapphires couldn't have been more accommodating. I don't think you'll find a nursery that does better food! Fresh, local ingredients and delicious meals and puddings. The kids seems to graze constantly and then have three meals too. I and many parents have commented that our children eat far more there than at home. Sapphires provide the most loving and secure environment but also encourage independence. The children quickly serve themselves and learn to dress themselves. There's so much love, laughter, singing and dancing! The children are out and about for some part of each day - trips to the wilderness, library, park, shops or on the bus. They have weekly playball sessions with an expert, plus singing along with Mr Ezra. Farm animals have visited the nursery, there's an annual sports day with BBQ and a nativity play. So much more but this gives you an idea of just how much this amazing team do. Lovely Erin spent a lot of time talking through his needs in the prep meeting and gave us detailed feedback in our sons first year. Our son adores all of the staff including Zara, Tracey, Paris to name but a few. Thanks for everything you do Sapphires!
