My eldest boy is nearly 5 now so he started school. He’s been going to Scallywags from just before one year old until the very end of preschool. His little brother has just turned 3 and he’s been going there since 1.5 years old. The team has got about 4-6 members who’s been there for many years, they are friends with each other since God knows when so the atmosphere is home-alike. Yes there were a few team members over this time who are not there anymore, and a few fairly new team members- and they are all great, which means the nursery management know how to hire the right people. We’ve been together through uncertainty of lockdowns, my little one was a lockdown baby so it was hard for him to adopt, though his teachers have been exceptionally courteous and kept me in the loop at all times. It’s a lovely nursery for your little ones!

A great nursery. This is a place where my children and others have fun. I work as a teacher and SPECIFICALLY chose this one because of their great attitude to children and OFSTED. Early years should be about fun and exploring (also the rest of life 😉) Caroline, the director, and told me (paraphrasing) that they don't focus on getting an excellent OFSTED because that would be too prescriptive and not as fun for the children. The children truely like their carers/teachers and the carers/teachers grueling like their children

Amazing nursery, my little girl has flourished there, they have kind and attentive staff and I never worry leaving my little one in their hands, what more could you want! Thankyou scallywags, dreading her leaving next Yr to go to school, but I know you will have prepared her well xx
