About this day nursery

Serendipitys Day Nursery and Pre-school operates five nurseries across the East Midlands, including its inaugural setting in Bingham, Nottingham, which opened in 1998. The nursery group was founded by Kelly Alls, who began in childcare as a childminder in 1997, driven by a desire to provide high-quality, affordable care for her own five children.

This founding ethos of delivering exceptional yet accessible childcare in a nurturing, home-like atmosphere is still central to all Serendipitys nurseries today. Each setting aims to create a secure and welcoming environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow to their full potential.

The curriculum and daily activities are carefully planned to meet individual needs. Serendipitys is dedicated to maintaining high standards, ensuring all staff, regardless of prior experience, complete a comprehensive training programme and pass an exam to guarantee a shared commitment to the nursery's values.
