Parents speak highly about the support they receive as a family because of this partnership working with external agencies.
Inclusion & environment
Managers and staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities effectively. They identify children who may need additional support and work closely with external agencies to ensure that all children receive early help when required.
Children enjoy spending time outside at this playgroup, developing their physical strength by swinging, running freely, and pushing friends in wheeled toys. They also engage in games like 'What's the time, Mr Wolf?'.
There aren't enough words in the world to express how much my Daughter loves Silverdale Pre School. She has been going since she was 2 years old and will continue to attend until she goes to school, She asks to go everyday even on weekends! The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable, personable. They truly care about each and everyone of the children in their care, they insure their safety and security which means I never have to worry as I know my daughter is in safe hands, that she is being well looked after and having fun learning with her friends. Where all the staff go above and beyond in everything they do I have to give a special mention to the manager Elaine Hardy I have never met someone as caring, kind hearted and hardworking as this lady. She works tirelessly to make sure Silverdale Pre School is fun, educational and a happy place for our children to blossom. Thank You for all the support you give not only the children in your care but their parents too :-)
Read on GoogleMy daughter attends Silverdale Pre-School and she absolutely loves it. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I love the activities they do with the children. I know my daughter is safe and is continually learning and developing all her skills and knowledge. Elaine and her team provide the highest level of care to all of the children.
Read on GoogleA wonderful preschool that puts the children’s needs at the heart of their education. Staff are so friendly and approachable. They are always willing to listen and share their advice and expertise. The children learn through a play based approach with exciting and meaningful activities designed to facilitate their learning and development. Our daughter loves going to preschool and always comes out with a smile on her face, full of the joys from the fun she has had that day. Thank you to Elaine and her staff for your hard work and the amazing job that you all do ❤️.
Read on GoogleI can’t recommend Silverdale Preschool enough. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since she started here, all the staff are brilliant their knowledge is second to none. Theirs nothing they don’t know. I suffer with mental health and they’ve been so supportive not just with my daughter but with me as-well! I will be sad to say good bye as my daughter will be transitioning to primary school in September but I can’t thank them enough for everything! 🩷
Read on GooglePLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PRE SCHOOL! I wouldn’t send an animal to this place, the most unprofessional people work here, they’ll all be lovely at first and too your face, but soon as your child has a problem with bullying. They’ll tell you you’re a liar. They’ll dismiss every problem and every worry you have. I at first thought it was the perfect pre school, but I promise you it’s not a “safe” environment. And if you do have a problem try not to go through Elaine who runs the place who thought it was ok to shout in my face infront of all the other mums and dads because 3 children I witnessed with my own eyes were bullying my child and so I walked out with my child & was also calling me all sorts infront of my child.
