Silverdawn Day Nursery, established in 2001, provides a "Good" rated early years setting where staff welcome children aged 1–3 years with open arms to a home-from-home environment. The nursery operates all year round, with daily access to outdoor play.
The curriculum is flexible and inclusive, adapting to each child's individual needs to ensure good progress. Staff observe children to identify their current knowledge and abilities, then plan engaging activities accordingly.
The Ofsted report highlights effective support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), with staff demonstrating a deep understanding of individual targets and collaborating with external professionals. Children at Silverdawn Day Nursery show a lovely attitude towards learning, engaging enthusiastically in activities and demonstrating strong communication and language development.

Inclusion & environment
Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is effective. Staff get to know children with SEND well. They have a good understanding of their individual targets and implement these throughout the day. Staff work closely with outside professionals to ensure children receive the support they need. Children with SEND are very well settled at the nursery and make progress in their development.
Children access the outdoors each day.
My little brother went there and the staff are freindly is a great environment with lots to do and the staff also encourage learning

Silverdawn Day Nursery registered in 2001. The nursery employs nine members of childcare staff, with eight holding appropriate early years qualifications at level 2 and above. The nursery opens from Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year. Sessions are from 8am until 4pm on a Monday and from 8am until 5.30pm Tuesday to Friday. The nursery provides funded early education for children.
