The staff comprises highly qualified and experienced nursery nurses, all trained to NVQ Level 3 and above, with some holding Level 5 and Level 6 qualifications, including an Early Years Professional Teacher. Extracurricular activities further enhance the children's development, with dedicated sessions for football, multi-skills, yoga, dance, and interactive phonics through sports.

How they support every child
SEND provision
Leaders and staff ensure the environment and routines enable all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), to thrive and make progress. Children with SEND are given strategies to communicate their needs, such as through the use of visual aids and Makaton. Staff consistently implement targeted interventions, assessments and programmes to support children's speech and language development.
Outdoor space
Children enjoy regular access to both indoor and outdoor provisions. The nursery is situated within the community play area and has access to the allotments. This means that children have plenty of opportunities for exploration, which supports their understanding of the natural world and healthy eating.

I grew up here & it was great. everyone knew everyone. you could just walk into the neighbours house and be welcomed. a cup of tea in the kitchen & a chat was the norm. I miss it a lot.
