Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive good support. Staff work well with parents and other professionals to ensure the individual needs of the children are met and they make good progress.
Pre-school children enjoy exploring the outdoor environment to develop large-muscle skills. However, staff need to place more focus on ensuring younger children have enough outdoor play and learning opportunities.
Staff support children who speak English as an additional language by finding out key words from their home languages to communicate effectively with them.
