We are so happy with the nursery and the care our child receives. The staff are lovely, kind, patient, and attentive, creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where our little one feels comfortable and happy. Since starting, we’ve seen amazing progress in his confidence, communication, social skills, and especially his eating habits. It’s been wonderful to see such improvement at mealtimes. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we really appreciate the regular updates and clear communication from the team. Thank you to all the members of staff for all the care, support, and dedication they show every day. Definitely recommend this nursery

The staff at this nursery are fantastic! My child has been attending for 10 months and I've been consistently impressed with their care and dedication. They create a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment where my child feels safe and happy. The teachers are attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in each child's development. My daughter has been at this nursery for three months and she has completely been thriving here. She has become much more sociable and interactive also. I was very nervous as my baby is quite clingy but she has taken so well to it. The staff are so reassuring and great at communication. I love getting regular updates on the app of what my daughter has been doing throughout the day. Highly recommend this nursery. They answer any queries or emails you have efficiently and will always accomadate any requests you make! Keep up the amazing work ladies.

From the moment I applied for a space at Russell Nursery School, the service has been absolutely exceptional. The team made the entire process smooth and welcoming, and I instantly felt confident in my choice. My daughter has made outstanding progress since starting here. The nursery is always clean, well-organised, and full of positive energy. The recent graduation ceremony was a perfect example of how much effort the staff put into making every moment special—it was beautifully presented and clearly showed how much they care. What stands out the most is the incredible staff. They are so nurturing and attentive with the children, and it gives me such peace of mind knowing my daughter is in great hands. She even cries when it’s time to go home because she wants to stay longer—that says it all! A truly wonderful nursery that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!
