How they support every child

Outdoor space

Children have good physical skills. For example, they balance on logs, climb across frames in the garden, run, jump and hop. Staff teach children how to skip using a rope. Children also go on a trail around the garden to find things that the Gruffalo story character found in the story. Staff take children on a bug hunt around the garden, where children identify insects using picture sheets. Staff plant and grow vegetables and herbs with the children as part of helping them to learn how things grow.

The staff at St Andrew’s Nursery are always kind, understanding and make us feel truly supported. The biggest joy for me is seeing my daughter’s smile at pick up time and knowing she is safe and happy. I highly recommend St Andrew’s Nursery to any parents looking for a caring and supportive environment for their child.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our child receives at this nursery. All the staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive. Our daughter has blossomed since she joined the nursery at 1 years old, she’s incredibly confident and comes home excited to share everything shes learned each day. The setting is warm, safe, and beautifully equipped with creative activities and outdoor play. It truly feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended to any parent looking for outstanding care and education!

My daughter loved her time at St Andrews, the staff are amazing and management. Recommend the Nursery to everyone! The girls are so welcoming in the morning and always have a smile, great feedback. Thank you for helping my child blossom, will miss you all x
