• Children's behaviour is exemplary, and they are motivated and work exceptionally well together.
• Staff have an excellent understanding of how young children learn and develop, and use this knowledge to plan a carefully designed curriculum.
• Staff use additional funding to provide movement programmes and sequence the curriculum to help all children develop their physical skills.
• Staff form extremely strong partnerships with parents, sharing a wealth of information about children's development.
• The manager provides inspirational support for staff to maintain their outstanding practice, with staff commenting on the manager's supportive role in their workload and well-being.
• Staff encourage children to develop their independence at every opportunity.
