My daughter attended Stompers from 2019-2021 and my son started in 2024 to present. Both children have absolutely loved their time at the setting. The staff have been thoughtful, nurturing, familiar faces from the beginning until now. They form lovely bonds with the children and help them to flourish and thrive. The attention they pay to each of them is second to none, and they hone in on each individuals interest and needs. The setting has just been refurbished which only enhances their already exemplary care. This has also allowed them to extend their hours and offer wrap around care which is another huge benefit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stompers to any prospective parent. They’ve been faultless for us since our daughter walked through the doors in 2019.

Our eldest child started at Stompers in 2020 and we’ve had a child attending there ever since, I can’t recommend Stompers enough. Our children have absolutely thrived here & grown massively in confidence. Staff have been consistent throughout our 5 years, particularly those making up the current management team which creates a really lovely environment and means there’s always a familiar face for parents & children. Staff truly care for the all round wellbeing and development of children, they go above and beyond to help children feel settled & happy. Stompers has recently had a huge refurbishment which has been a massive benefit to the children. Communication from staff is really good, and there’s always somebody to talk to. The transition into the lower school is fantastic and really well thought out, it gives such a positive start to school life.

Stondon Stompers truly is a wonderful place! My son started his journey there last year as a 2 year old and as a first time mum I was apprehensive about sending my children to nursery so young but I had nothing to worry about! The team are the loveliest, friendliest and most helpful ladies and are well managed by the brilliant manager Emma and deputy manager Clare. My son has made so much progress and grown in confidence in such a short space of time and this really is down to dedication and care provided by every member of staff. They have helped him to develop his communication, life skills and even helped greatly during our toilet training stage. He absolutely loves going every day and I cannot wait to send my daughter to their new baby room next year. The refurb to the building has only further enhanced what is provided and now with additional breakfast and after school sessions it couldn’t be more perfect! Thank you stompers!

Our little girl absolutely loves Stompers. She’s usually a real mummy’s girl, and this is her only setting away from home, but she goes in happily every day — sometimes without even stopping to say goodbye! That’s a real credit to the wonderful team who have helped her feel so confident and comfortable, and it’s incredibly reassuring for us as parents. Stompers offers lots of lovely activities and works closely with the community, which we really value. The team are always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. One of my favourite things is how relaxed and understanding they are — I never feel judged if I’m running late or have forgotten to pack an essential. We couldn’t be happier with the care and environment they provide.

Stondon Stompers is a lovely preschool with the most friendly and caring staff. They have been amazing in supporting my two boys, who both have SEND support needs, and have helped them grow in confidence. The management team are also great always helpful, approachable, and ready to answer any questions or queries. We’re so grateful for the warm, understanding environment they create. Highly recommended!
