My son has been going here for over a year now, and he loves it!! The girls are amazing with him and his needs. I get updates all the time, they are outside whenever the weather holds up. I love the art that gets sent home and the fact my son is always so happy. Can't thank them all enough for what they've done. I'll be sending my daughter in March 24.100000% recommended x

Our son started at Sugar N’ Spice in November and it was fine to begin with but over the course of the 5 months he attended the quality of care he received deteriorated as did the attitude of some of the staff. He would come home with bite marks and scratches regularly, and while I understand kids can sometimes play rough, the fact that the staff had no knowledge of these incidents initially, and then when further questioned their story changed, is highly unprofessional. One of his last days he was dropped off by his mum only for her to receive a phone call 15 minutes later saying he had a scratch on his face that “must have been done at home” and they were taking no responsibility for it. He was constantly put on the “thinking step” for everything from the serious to the trivial, once he wouldn’t dance when told to. Seriously?! The worst aspect of all this is he regularly refers to the naughty step and needs constant validation that he is a good boy. He now struggles to sleep, he wakes every single night for hours on end, and is hysterical when being left anywhere. Just the other day he begged his mum to take him home saying he was sorry and good boy. While we know our son isn’t perfect, no ones child is, the emotional damage that has been inflicted upon him is totally unacceptable. He even saw the owner outside the school and said hello to her and she blanked him completely which shows me how much they actually care about the kids. I realise that this is only our experience and some of the staff were lovely with him, but I would not recommend anyone leaving their child at Sugar N’ Spice.

I cant reccomend the nursery enough, both my children have and are at the nursery. The staff are caring and are always happy to help and discuss any issues. I think that the staff motivate and encourage the children and prepare them for the next stage.
