My son has been hurt twice by the same child, in the same manner, which ultimately drew blood both times. In response to the 1st time, our only request was to make sure the two of them would be separated and not have further interactions unsupervised. After a formal complaint and an in person meeting with the manager we were told it wouldn't happen again. Well, it happened again today. As a paying parent, this is unacceptable that I need to worry about my child in while in their care. I will be making a further complaint as obviously they haven't taken this seriously.
