My son has looked forward to every one of his sessions at Hoppers. The staff are wonderful and spend a great deal of time preparing a wide range of activities. They offer lots of play but also ensure that the little ones develop the important social, listening and communication skills needed for school. We would highly recommend Hoppers to new families.

Our son is in the new 'under two's' room and he absolutely loves it. He has become much more interactive since joining Hoppers. Angela is wonderful, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hoppers if you are looking for a friendly, caring and welcoming nursery for your child.

The people at the school you cannot fault however the admin team are not the best to deal with. Our son was only there for 6 weeks and the amount of "Extra" charges were astonishing. Even though we were sold an all-inclusive price this was not the case when it came to billing even though their website seems to hide the information most people are looking for. When we decided we did not want to be exposed to the "Extra" billing and remove our child we were told the mandatory 6 week notice period was required. When we questioned we were pointed to the small print. Pleased BCP got involved and we have managed to move our child to a more transparent way of working. Stressful time and only wish we had seen a review like this one before signing up. We will be avoiding them and their business at all costs.
