Parents speak highly of the staff.
They share how staff go above and beyond to provide the best possible experience for their children and maintain regular communication with them.
Inclusion & environment
Staff provide excellent support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). They identify additional needs swiftly and work closely with other early years professionals to implement targeted strategies to help children achieve their potential. Staff provide all parents with valuable resources to support their child's learning at home, including drop-in clinics each month, meeting therapists and programmes to manage behaviour. Managers ensure staff development is targeted to meet children's needs, including training to learn more about aspects of SEND.
Children of all ages move between the indoor and outdoor play areas, leading their own play and exploration. In the 'Wild Garden', children enjoy using paint they have made from crushing blackberries and brushes they have made from sticks and leaves. Children of all ages enjoy lots of physical play; babies use their developing mobility to climb and slide, and older children run, ride wheeled toys and use paints on walls in the garden.
Our daughter has been at Happy Days for the past 3 years and has grown and developed as a result of the caring nature of all the staff. Lynn runs an amazing place and I know when our little boy starts in September he will be just as happy!
Read on GoogleMy son started the nursery early this year. After I visited few local nurseries I decided to go for Happy Days Nursery. Lynn and the team right from beginning have been very supportive and my son A. Is fully settled and has improved his speech and is doing great in all aspects of his development. For me as a mom of three and living away of my family is a great feeling to feel that Im supported and that my son is doing great and is happy alongside fully reaching his potential.
