Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff provide quality interactions for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Staff who support children with SEND have a strong understanding of their role and have made good use of additional funding, purchasing extra resources and staff training to support communication, language skills, and emotional development. This helps ensure children's needs are met and learning gaps are closed quickly.

Outdoor space

Children enjoy climbing on the outdoor play equipment, and staff support them in taking managed risks and building muscle strength. For instance, staff support children who require assistance when jumping from low platforms, and through encouragement, many children gain independence and confidence to jump unaided.
