⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alphabet House Becton – Truly the Best Nursery I just want to say a huge thank you to Alphabet House Becton for the amazing service and care we received over the years. My son has been to a few different nurseries due to moving around, and Alphabet House Becton is by far the best nursery he has ever attended. As a parent, going back to work and having to trust someone else with your child is incredibly nerve-wracking. You want to feel confident that the people looking after your little one will care for them as if they were their own. Alphabet House gave me that comfort from day one. I trusted them completely with my son, and they looked after him so well. He absolutely adored the staff — especially Ella and Lisa — and he still speaks about them all the time. What I appreciate most is how the staff truly go above and beyond. Even if things don’t go perfectly (as can happen anywhere), the moment you speak to them, they will do everything they can to correct any issues and reassure you. Their communication with parents is exceptional — even simple things like greeting you every morning, taking time to chat, and building genuine relationships. At every other nursery we attended, I never felt that same connection. It really speaks to the character and heart of Alphabet House. The only reason we moved was because we found somewhere slightly closer to home, but honestly, I still prefer Alphabet House. If distance wasn’t an issue, my son would be right back there in a heartbeat. He misses you all so much — and I do too. If you’re considering nurseries and wondering where you can leave your little one with full peace of mind, I couldn’t recommend Alphabet House Becton any more highly. They truly are the best. Thank you for everything. 💛

This is a wonderful kindergarten! My child started at just 1.5 years old, and I was a bit worried because she was so little. But she immediately felt happy and comfortable there, and that made me feel calm too. The staff is kind and caring, and the environment is safe and loving. We’re so thankful to have found this place! I also really appreciate that they share photos in the app twice a week — it’s lovely to see what the children are doing and feel connected to their daily activities. And it’s great that every day they update the app with details like meals, naps, and nappy changes — it really helps me stay informed and feel at ease.

I have 2 boys with the nursery and been going there since 2023 September. Everyone is super helpful and spot on with information if you needed anything they address the situation immediately. My boys love their time in there even my 1yo who started out super clingy crying and finding the 1st week to settle at just 10months old he is now walking in to his teachers after the 1st month. The garden is lovely and my nearly 4 year old who started there at 2years 8 months old with speech delay is speaking almost fluent after 5 months in nursery. He tells me they go to the garden every time unless it rains but even then they have a small outside area that's covered and they set up activities there. The nursery app is very helpful you can leave txt for staff and you will receive pictures 2x a week of the class doing activities as well as they encourage home learning and to share this with them so they can give feedback on how to help your children's development. I trust them and we have a very good relationship as everyone is friendly and accommodating. They sent me pictures and observations when my children were struggling to show they have calmed down so that I can be calm too.

definitely the best nursery my daughter has ever been to. Kind, caring with children and parents, they make you feel understood and support you in every situation. My daughter was so happy and excited to go there every morning. I highly recommend parents to entrust their children to this wonderful team.

Both of my children have attended this nursery, and I can honestly say it feels like going from home to another home. The staff are so caring and supportive, with so much passion and love for what they do. I was really sad when my son had to move on to reception, as this nursery has been such a special place for us. I’ll always be grateful for how they made this time so easy for me, especially when I was so worried about leaving both of my children. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for children, and I would recommend it to anyone. A special thank you to Katie, Shanince, Doris, Maddie, Emanuella, Bilkis, Arsia, Kamron, and everyone else I haven’t mentioned — thank you all for looking after my kids and giving them the very best start at The Alphabet House. Forever grateful! 😊
