The Bloom Childcare Group, led by founders Pippa and Kelly Kaylene, offers over 20 years of combined experience in early childhood education. Pippa, with an MBA and Level 3 safeguarding qualification, focuses on operational management and safety, while Kelly holds an Early Years Teacher Status and is pursuing a doctorate in Early Childhood Studies, specialising in developmental and enriching experiences.

The nursery is committed to nurturing growth in young children and supports families by offering various services including pre-school, day care, breakfast and after-school clubs, and holiday clubs. The team is highly qualified, with staff either holding or working towards a minimum Level 3 qualification, and regularly participates in professional development to stay current with best practices and legislation.
