We are truly sad to be leaving The Cradle Nursery due to our relocation, as they have provided exceptional care for our 3 years old, Arunima. We want to specifically thank Owen, Holly, Isma, Masuma, and Claire, along with the rest of the staff whose names we may have missed but who provided equally excellent service. Since joining, Arunima has become much more self-reliant and independent, and her potty training progress has been absolutely excellent. The management is also outstanding; we never had a single problem securing new slots, even on short notice, thanks to Manager Tahira's efficiency. We found the six-monthly parent meetings to be incredibly helpful and effective for tracking her development. This is an excellent nursery for the community, and while we are grateful for everything they’ve done, we are sad to say goodbye. We wish the entire team all the best and cannot recommend this nursery highly enough!
Read on GoogleAs a parent, I cannot recommend The Cradle Nursery enough. Every time I went to pick up Arunima, the staff was absolutely wonderful and took the time to explain exactly how her day went. They were always very kind and helpful, proactively sharing details about her activities or any small issues that arose. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was in such a supportive environment where she was clearly happy and well-cared for. Their communication and genuine kindness made a world of difference to our family!
Read on GoogleOur son attended the Cradle Nursery for over two years. We have only positive things to say about the staff and management. They are warm, kind and supportive. We would highly recommend this nursery to any family and want to say a big Thank You to all at the Cradle Nursery for caring for our son!
Read on GoogleRed flag at The Cradle day nursery. Initially told they had spaces for my 18 month-year-old and catered for children with complex needs. Fast forward to discussing my child's specific needs (delayed development, not walking independently), and the tone changed completely. Deputy manager seemed taken aback, citing being "quite busy" (code for fully booked). What's worse, they gathered my child's personal details before admitting they had no spaces. Misleading information and poor handling. Not recommended for parents seeking inclusive care. 1/5 stars.
Read on GoogleAll 3 of my children have gone through their early years education from Baby room to graduating in Preschool room at Cradle Nursery. The nursery have come on leaps and bounds - I fully believe this is because of a great team that has had a long retention rate and a fantastic flexible manager that is aware of the unpredictability of parenthood. I would not hesitate to recommend Cradle to any parent unsure of where to send their child.
