Brilliant nursery! The facilities are lovely – bright, clean and beautifully designed for young children. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic – warm, caring and supportive: Samira, Karen, Nicola, Shanelle, Sharon, Ossie and Sonia, to name just a few wonderful teachers. There is also the excellent management team and the amazing kitchen staff who prepare delicious meals for the children. Both of our children have attended this nursery for several years now, and I always recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and welcoming place for their little ones.

have been consistently impressed with the quality of care and education provided at this nursery. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly professional, creating a safe and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and supported. The classrooms are clean, well-organized, and stocked with age-appropriate learning materials that encourage both play and development. The daily activities are thoughtfully structured to balance educational learning with creative play, helping children grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Communication with parents is clear and consistent. Regular updates, progress reports, and approachable staff make it easy to stay informed and engaged in my child’s development. The nursery also places strong emphasis on safety and hygiene, which gives parents peace of mind. Overall, this nursery provides an excellent foundation for early childhood education. I would highly recommend it to any family seeking a nurturing and professional environment for their children.

I strongly caution anyone considering sending their children to this nursery. Serious safety concerns. This nursery is very unprofessional and after sending my child here I have severe safety concerns. The director was unprofessional and rude on my daughter's FIRST DAY . Despite handing forms for payment information she directly asked how I am paying and insinuated I didn't have all the correct information about paying and approached the conversation very unprofessional as it was clear staff are not reading forms and lack of communication. The second week of my daughter being there she came home with a ripped vest which no one mentioned to me when collecting her and was told she was 'emotional' that day. They fabricated an unsatisfactory response ' a thread was loose and became bigger through out the day' which is a lie as the fabric is ripped on the vest rather than any stray thread, not only this the vest was brand new and I dressed my child this morning and the vest had no stray thread.I was told the teacher ‘forgot’ to mention this because she was 'overwhelmed' from the morning to the evening.. this is not something I take lightly however I feel as though this is something parents should know when sending their children here as upon first glance this is great however I believe a full picture of what they’re offering is needed. Severe negligence and lack of accountability.

TLE is a supportive nursery. Management such as Komal and Amber are always ready to support when needed.

My daughter started this amazing nursery earlier this month and what an amazing transition she has had. She absolutely loves her teachers and she has made so many lovely friends. The staff at this nursery truly do prioritise your child's development, mental health and growth as a whole. Wouldn't recommend anything better than this. I look forward to seeing how she further improves being here.
