Not sure how this nursery has 5 stars as my experience has been an absolute nightmare! Constantly chasing up the nursery which are basic admin tasks not forgetting the inconsistency in their responses whenever i have questioned them. Quick to send me their bank details for a deposit but have not given me a price list. When I asked for the price list or an amount of how much i need to transfer to secure a place for my daughter to start in September, I was assured i will receive an email immediately. 2 days later I have chased them for this email only to be told they haven’t even decided the prices although i was assured i will receive the price list. Poor communication, not sure how they’ll look after children when they are clueless themselves.
Read on GoogleMy daughter has attended The Old Railway House nursery since she turned 1 and she has always loved going. The staff are kind, caring and build up really good relationships with the children. My daughter has become an extremely confident and sociable child, her development and language skills have quickly advanced during her time here and I will be really sad when she leaves. I will definitely be using the nursery again and would highly recommend.
Read on GoogleMy daughter attended The Old Railway House nursery between May 2021 and April 2022 and had the most wonderful time. She was cared for so well, she came home excited to tell me about what she'd done that day and was always excited to go when nursery days rolled around. The nursery has an app for parents in which you can see what your child has had to eat that day, activities they've done, and how well they're progressing. Photos and videos are added sporadically to the app so it really feels like you're there watching them! I shall definitely be sending my younger daughter here when the times comes. Until then, thank you The Old Railway House for looking after my girl and making her feel like part of your family.
Read on GoogleGreat nursery! Our eldest daughter has been coming to this nursery for nearly a year now, she loves it that much when we pull on the car park she can't wait to get in! Her communication and interaction skills have come on so much. Would also like to mention the manager and the director have been extremely helpfull and catered to ours and our daughters every need Couldn't recommend this place enough. Very flexible with me and my husbands work commitments. Will be enrolling our youngest daughter in the near future.
Read on GoogleI have only great things to say about this nursery - it feels like home from home, the staff are amazing & our 2 children have loved it. Our eldest son was there for over 2 years & our youngest has been there for 18 months & counting. Both our boys have come on so much for being there which is a credit to how the nursery is run by the staff & its owners. I would also like to mention the Manager & Director, who have been so helpful to accomodate our needs - they are extremely approachable & trustworthy. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
