The learning environment is bright, welcoming and child friendly.
Staff are friendly and speak gently to the children who are unfamiliar with the creche.
Staff are clear about the procedures to follow should they have any child protection concerns.
Management and staff have worked hard to drive improvement and the quality of the provision since the last inspection.
Children are well behaved and make friends quickly as they come into the playroom.
