Relationships between children and staff are strong and very positive. Children love to explore independently, with others and staff. They happily invite their peers into their play and exploration.

Pricing & funding

Fees are based on full and half day sessions, with additional early start and evening cover options. Rates include all meals, drinks, snacks, nappies, wipes, and sun cream. A sibling discount is available.

Good to know

  • Minimum booking of two sessions per week is required.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are progressing as well as other children. Staff swiftly identify gaps in children's learning through their secure assessment processes. Leaders have a clear overview of how well children with SEND are performing. They have extremely good working relationships with external professionals, such as speech and language therapists. Staff use the experts' advice to build individual plans to help address these children's needs with considerable success.

Outdoor space

The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.

My boy has just finished 3 wonderful years at Riverside. He started there at 17 months old and is now off to reception. The entire nursery are a fun & energetic bunch who are totally inclusive to all children. My boy is non verbal autistic and Riverside have been brilliant in their care and commitment to his needs. The Ofsted rating of Outstanding is very well deserved and accurate. I am sad to see him leave a setting he has loved and been very happy at. In choosing Riverside for your children, you will not be disappointed.

My daughter has recently left Riverside after 4 wonderful years. From the moment she started as a young baby until the day she left she received the most amazing care from all the staff. Nikita is an amazing manager looking after all staff, children and families well. My daughter had amazing opportunities during her time at this nursery and developed a lot of self-confidence, social skills, independence and resilience. I was really sad her time had to come to an end. I cannot speak highly enough of this nursery if you are looking for a safe, secure and nurturing place form your child's care.

By far one of the best nursery in Windsor! Both my kids are attending the Riverside nursery and I have always been impressed by the level of care and kindness from ALL staff! They are doing an amazing job at keeping your little ones entertained and happy throughout the day, and they have probably the best outdoor playground! I can’t see putting my kids anywhere else! Keep up the good job Team :)

Our son has been at the Riverside nursery in Windsor for 16months now. We see daily progress, we cannot thank the whole team enough. His speech improve so quickly, he is learning so much. Loads of amazing activities and some cooking. The activities and the day to day pictures and updates on the app are amazing for the parents to stay tuned! Faultless and highly recommended. Our second child will definitely join in. Thanks to all, Roni & Gilles (Quintin toddler)

I have two children at the nursery (3yo and 10months) and have had a wonderful experience, staff are dedicated, kind, transparent and do a range of fun and educational activities with the children of all ages. I would thoroughly recommend riverside day nursery!
