About this day nursery

The Tots' Clubhouse, established in September 2019 by a group of parents, began its journey by curating engaging experiences for children and families. Initially focused on parent and child groups, children's entertainment, and childcare, the organisation expanded its offerings with the opening of its Ofsted-rated "Good" Nursery School in 2022, catering to under 5s, and providing holiday programmes for under 11s.

Further extending its reach in 2023, The Tots' Clubhouse started delivering its specialised sessions in other childcare settings. Beyond its nursery and club activities, the organisation also encompasses Grant-Williams Tutoring, a service that has been assisting businesses and students for over a decade, offering one-on-one and group tutoring for a wide range of academic levels, from primary school up to postgraduate studies.

The core mission of The Tots' Clubhouse remains rooted in leveraging its knowledge and resources to craft unique and enjoyable experiences for the entire family.

How they support every child

SEND provision

The manager understands the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on children's development. Staff monitor children's communication and language skills closely. The special educational needs coordinator monitors children's progress carefully and is swift to make referrals when they identify that children need support from outside agencies.

Outdoor space

The manager has plans to further extend children's outdoor learning experiences. However, staff do not organise the daily routines as well as possible, particularly during transitions, such as moving from play to snack and then outdoors, which interrupts children's play and learning.
