SEND provision
Due to the impact of the COVID- 19 pandemic, the nursery is providing children with even greater support in relation to language and social and emotional development.
Outdoor space
Older children show their curiosity and imagination during outdoor play, creating colour charts with paint and hunting for matching colours in the environment. Younger children make pretend food from mud and water in the outdoor kitchen and eagerly use clipboards and refer to lists as they go and hunt for ingredients to add to their recipes.

Visited as prospective nursery, in comparison to other nurseries in the surrounding area, some areas of this setting were lacking. (e.g other settings visited had more learning and development style toys and books, more developed forest school, better menus). Some nurseries have a fingerprint door locking system which some may prefer, this setting has a code entrance. Indoor and outdoor space was somewhat satisfactory. Staff seemed lovely. Food menu was a little simple. We all have different standards, I would recommend everyone to visit all nurseries to compare differences.

Came here for a tour when it was open to consider sending our child here. When we arrived we were taken inside, the person showing us around didn’t ask our names or our child’s name or age etc. She had no interest in getting to know any of us. When we were being shown around we weren’t made to leave our phones behind or smart watches or anything. Another nursery we went to a show round they make you leave all electronics behind which can be used to take images. I understand they would be able to see if you were taking photos with your phone however with a watch or even meta glasses they wouldn’t have a clue. All rooms had lockboxes with keys for entry however she didn’t make an effort to hide the codes from us at all. Anyone can come in as they want to pretty much without any safety precautions. I would not believe my child would be safe here and would definitely look into the safety precautions before sending your own here.
