Unprofessional and Immature Management. My son had been attending the nursery since April 22. After recent challenging the manager regarding an invoice, she refused to speak with me any further after going back on her word about certain charges. Then proceed to call me “abusive” after I stated she was being stating unprofessional - all via email - The most inappropriate use of the word. She then canceled my sons nursery attendance instantly with no notice leaving us without childcare. Knowing fine well that I would not be able to enrol in any other Nursery for months. Shocking behaviour, very unprofessional and very immature.

All the staff are great and my eldest son attended this nursery for a couple years and had a great time. However, the manager Emma is incredibly unprofessional and acts like a child who cannot take responsibility. Similar to a review below Emma is inconsistent when it comes to invoices, she sometimes decides to charge you for planned holidays and sometimes decides not too. We where offered term time only from April to September as my youngest Son would turn 3 in May. The advice was to take advantage of the new government funding. We filled out all the relevant paper work and booked a day to visit. On the day of my son's first visit we were told we couldn't have term time only. We would have to pay for the time he wasn't at nursery. Which was the opposite of what we were sold. Obviously this was infuriating. Emma proceeded to blame the government, but it wasn't the government who sold us term time only it was the Tilly mints staff! Emma accused us of being abusive and didn't take any responsibiliy for this error. Emma has now stated we're a risk to the nursery and cancelled my sons place in September. Unfortunately this place is let down by a very unprofessional childish manager. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work for her.

The nursery itself seems lovely but management is clearly lacking. After arranging a show around, we turned up with our daughter to be told there was nothing in the diary and the woman at the door had no idea who we were. When I emailed to re arrange I was told to just “leave it then” and then no other emails were answered. Totally unprofessional and would not want to leave my child with such individuals.
