If I could possibly give this setting 0 stars I would. My 3 year old child came home soiled on many of occasions, he was just left to sit in it because the staff "couldn't smell it" so they never bothered to check or assist with toileting. Had to be raised on multiple occasions with the nursey owner, for the same situation to occur over and over. Furthermore, after a situation where a member of staff had spoke to my 4 year old son like he was dirt on the bottom of her shoe, it was then raised with the nursey owner only for him to then have his graduation ceremony for leaving removed from him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
