Tiny Toez @ Lords & Ladies in Stourport on Severn is a childcare nursery dedicated to fostering curiosity, independence, and growth in children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. The nursery operates 51 weeks a year, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Inspired by the Curiosity Approach, they emphasise child-led play, allowing children to explore their interests in a secure and supportive setting. Safety is a top priority, with daily checks and rigorous risk assessments.

The nursery holds an 'Good' Ofsted rating, reflecting its commitment to high-quality care. They boast two spacious garden areas, designed for sensory stimulation and exploration, featuring artificial grass for babies and a larger space with a mud kitchen, construction area, and planting zone for older children.

The curriculum also focuses on developing crucial social skills like sharing and positive interaction. Nutritious snacks, including fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, and water, are provided, with staff trained in Level 2 Food Safety.

The nursery is divided into age-specific rooms: a Baby Room (0-2 years) with a 1:3 ratio, a Toddler Room (2-3 years) with a 1:5 ratio, and a Preschool Room (3-5 years) that prepares children for school. They celebrate each child's individuality and use the Famly app to keep parents informed about their child's progress.

Upon arrival, staff greet children with excitement and children respond positively to show that they enjoy coming to this nursery. The welcoming atmosphere and strong relationships with staff in the nursery help children to feel secure. Staff support children well, allowing them to explore activities. Children thoroughly enjoy taking part in activities.

Pricing & funding

Fees are flat across all age groups, with standard rates charged for half-day and full-day sessions. Full-week rates, funded places, and holiday care for children up to five years old are also available.
