My daughter started her first day at toad hall in October 19 and upon arrival we were greeted by two of the girls from the baby room. Walking into the room I could see that there was a wide range of equipment that catered for her age. There was a bouncer and a variety of toys for her too look at and play with. I was shown round the room and was also shown the garden which had direct access. I was told the children get out as much as possible which is great and I could see that there was a variety of toys for the children too play with. I was given the opportunity to sit and speak with one of the girls who introduced herself to me and told me she was part of the team in baby room. We sat down together and she listened and asked about my daughters daily routine and was happy too answer and give any information that I needed. The girls talked through all the information that I needed too know, routines/ meal times/ activities/outings and I was certainly impressed by what the nursery had too offer. The nursery supply a range of fruits for snack times and a great menu throughout the year. When it came too leave my daughter for the day I felt confident and felt reassured after speaking with the girls. When collecting my daughter in the afternoon I was greeted again by a member of staff who gave great feedback on my daughters first day. The girls had followed my daughters routine for the day and I could see that she was very happy and content and as a mother that’s all I could ask for. Thank you too the girls who do such a great job!!

My daughter has been in Toad Hall since she was 10 months old (she's now nearly 4) and I couldn't have been happier with the nursery. The environment is clean, cheerful and stimulating, and small enough that every child is given individual care. I have watched my daughter flourish thanks to the staff's excellent care and feel that they have provided an excellent learning environment. I looked at a number of nurseries in the area, and am so glad I found this one - highly recommended.

Hi, my son joined this nursery when he was only 10months old. Initially I was worried, about his settlement in the new environment. Thanks to Emma and all the staff at Toad hall, they made my son very comfortable and he was well looked after. Everyday in toad hall was new and learning experience for him,and for us too as new parents. The activities they do with children of different age groups really support their physical and mental growth and development. My son is in Owls room- their pre school now and he loves it there. He looks forward to it everyday. That really makes me feel so proud and happy. Thanks once again team Toad hall- chessington for looking after our son and all other childern so well. One of the very good nurseries in Chessington and would always recommend. -

I am stunned to be writing that yet again, my daughter returned home unwashed with feces in her knickers. I have complained so many times and despite assurances by management, the issue continues. At one point there was blood in her knickers where she had been left for so long.
