Top Tots Day care is dedicated to cultivating a rich, stimulating, and challenging atmosphere where children can flourish across all developmental domains: physical, intellectual, emotional, and social. Our ethos

At Top Tots Day care, we strive to provide a rich, stimulating and challenging environment where your children can develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. The nursery encompasses the different needs and developmental rates of all the children. We build on the children’s own experiences, and valuing where they come from. We encourage our children to become independent, resilient, persevering, social and accepting through always encouraging them to have a go, in the hopes that they reach their full potential and become a valuable and invested member of society. Our community is multicultural and multilingual, and we promote the understanding and value of differences. We are a self-reflective setting which enables us to constantly evaluate and improve our practice, whether that be through staff training, parental feedback or peer-on-peer observation. Our priority is always the children and providing resources that stretch and challenge them in order to strengthen and hone their skills. Outdoor space

Although the outdoor area was not in use on the day of inspection, children benefited from fresh air and exercise as they walked to a local park. Here, they giggled with delight as they played games together and developed their physical skills on the equipment.
