Little Jems is a wonderful Nursery. From the moment we enquired the team were helpful and went above and beyond helping us ensure that we were getting the right childcare support for our Littleone. Now our little girl has been there just over 4 months. The staff are all warm and friendly and give us little updates each day she is in. She is thriving and coming home with new skills and is always excited to go in. The space looks unassuming from the outside. But the rooms are large and full of things to do for each age group and they have a lovely little rooftop garden for the kiddos to play. Very happy with our choice of Nursery and most importantly our daughter is happy, safe and starting her education journey on a positive note. I would highly recommend getting in touch with them and seeing if it's right for you and your family.

I was initially nervous to put my 9 month old baby (my first) in the care of, at the time, strangers. I needn’t have worried. The nursery look after my son, now almost 20 months, like he is their own. At the end of each nursery day they talk about him so fondly and remember all the little details of things he’s done that day, which is so nice considering there are so many children to watch. I can tell it’s genuine care and interest in his welfare and development at the heart of everything they do here! My son absolutely loves to come to nursery and often doesn’t even look back at me to say bye! Couldn’t recommend Little Jem’s more! Special thank you to Kate and Danielle who take the best care of my little one but all of the staff are fab, friendly and professional.

I can't rate Little Jems highly enough. Our daughter started attending just before she turned one after we visited for a tour and a chat with one of the members of staff. Since then, we have increased the amount of time she attends from 1 day per week up to 3 days per week. Every member of staff is super attentive, caring and it's clear that they love the work they do. Our daughter loves going the nursery so much she regularly asks if she's going, even on weekends. The handover process at the end of each day is brilliant. There's a summary sheet attached to the noticeboard to let parents know about meals and activities, but each child also has a personal handover advising of how their day has been. In my experience, there is never a rush to get a child out of the building and the staff always have time to answer questions.
