Younger children enjoy exploring the garden, gaining confidence as they toddle on the grass. Staff teach children how to be safe around nettles and brambles and to respect wildlife, helping them develop valuable knowledge and understanding for their future. Some children spend time with their parents, sharing books in the garden before settling in for the day.
I have had both of my children at Top Tots over the last 5 years and our youngest has been here since she was 10 months old and this summer has left to start school. Carol, Claire and all the staff have honestly been amazing providing the best learning and fun activities for the children. All staff are friendly. There has always been a big community family feel at Top Tots and my children have always felt like that they are home away from home. Both of my children have thrived here and I highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for your child.
Read on GoogleBoth my children attended Top tots Plumstead and I couldn't of hoped for a better nursery. From the top all the way through, all the members of staff inspire confidence that they really care about your child's well-being and development. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.
Read on GoogleMy son leaves Top Tots this summer and he has had an amazing time there. He has grown and gained more confidence being there and more importantly he has felt loved whilst being cared for 5 days a week. We have had experience of other nurseries in the area but Carol and Karen has always made us feel really welcome and made the care and experience of the children their upmost priority.anyone thinking of joining tot tops don't be put off that the nursery is inside of a church because it's the quality of the care that counts and not necessarily the premises.
Read on GoogleToday is my daughter's last day at Top Tops before she starts school. We first approached Top Tots as we had a terrible experience with our daughter's first nursery, Star Day. I remember the first time I visited and met the staff while the children quietly sat around tables playing. Our biggest issue (among many) at the last nursery was staff turnover. Carol and Claire assured us that the newest member of staff had been there for a year. In fact, between the most senior 4 or 5 members of staff they had over 125 years of childcare experience which was incredibly reassuring. We explained that we had very particular needs when it came to food. C&C listened and helped us devise a healthy meat free menu that met our needs. The management have an open door for any concerns you may have. We were kept up to date with our daughter's progress through key worker reports and regular assessments. My wife has provided dance lessons to help vary the late weekday offering which adds to a great mix of activities. They have regular fun events like Pajama day, world book day, the summer trip down in Kent and the legendary Christmas performance which we will never forget. The staff have been incredible and although it's wrong to single out individuals I have to give a special mention to Zoe and latterly Laura for being such good friends to our daughter, and to Claire and Carol for all their advice which is priceless when you're raising a child for the first time. We have recommended Top Tops to several parents since we joined and everyone has been happy. But really the best recommendation has to be the way our daughter has turned out. She's polite, bright, funny and full of stories about her fun days with her friends at Top Tops. Given the amount of time she has spent at Top Tops, it's can't just be down to genetics or our parenting 😉. It's down in no small part to the hard work, dedication and experience of some brilliant staff. When you're leaving a baby with strangers for the first time, piece of mind is absolutely paramount and Top Tops will give you that in spades. Huge thanks to everyone at Top Tops.
