My son absolutely adores all the staff here and he has absolutely thrived. They have been a constant source of support for both myself and my son and I am so grateful for everything that they continue to do each day. They carry out a wide range of activities with him and always update me on how he is doing. They really do care about the children and their welfare. He does sometimes come home a bit grubby but at least I know that he has had a fun day filled with engaging activities.

My 3-year-old daughter started preschool here with incredibly severe separation anxiety and a limited vocabulary. Within a month, she is a completely different child, speaking sentences and identifying emotions. Although still a work in progress, the staff are so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. I 100% recommend this place and have no hesitation about sending my second child when she's ready. Childcare aside, I have been in contact with the administrative staff a few times for clerical information/administrative support. Every time, they have been super friendly and super helpful. All around, a great nursery/preschool and team. Thank you, Tops Havant!

I am really shocked about the 5* reviews. I withdrew my child with immediate effect from this nursery due to safeguarding concerns and unhealthy behaviours toward my son but then not enough measures in place to stop this from happening again. I have heard other peoples stories on this nursery with their children being collected very unclean and I did experience this also myself with my child. Please think twice before placing your child here. I would encourage you to wait until your child is able to communicate in-case they experience any of the issues my child faced. He was too young to communicate so I done everything I could to protect him. I am awfully disappointed as I had put my trust into the team for it to be completely broken and safety concerns to be very apparent. I would never trust Tops Day nurseries or Pre/-school again.

Absolutely lovely team at Tops Havant, they go above and beyond for the children and my daughter loves it here. She’s come such a long way with her speech, turn taking and potty training thanks to the ladies there. They put so much hard work into making the nursery a fun place with lots of learning opportunities. I love the schema idea and how they base the learning on the children’s interests. The variety of food they do is incredible, it provides healthy choices that she wouldn’t necessarily get to try at home! Overall, a great nursery with lovely hardworking staff, thanks to all of them.

As always the ladies at tops havant have been exceptional. They have provided so much support to us as a family this year so far. They help my children learn and develop in ways I couldn't at home, every single staff member always goes above and beyond. We are forever grateful for their help. The management are phenomenal and will always go the extra mile to ensure the children are happy and safe, and to ensure that parents/guardians are supported every step of the way. I cannot thank the tops havant team enough. I am looking forward to your youngest 2 children to start their preschool journey with the tops team.
