About this day nursery

30pm, Monday to Friday. The nursery received a Good rating in its latest Ofsted inspection on 30/05/2025.

Children arrive with excitement, feeling safe and confident, and form strong relationships with staff, who provide clear boundaries, helping children to understand sharing and turn-taking. Leaders have developed a comprehensive curriculum that prepares children for their future learning.

For example, babies engage in immersive sensory experiences, exploring different textures and giggling as staff show them how to move toy vehicles through foam and water. For children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), leaders plan individualised provisions, utilising a dedicated sensory room to enhance children's experiences.

Staff collaborate closely with professionals such as speech and language therapists to ensure a shared approach to care and education. Outdoor learning is encouraged, with staff promoting curiosity by positioning guttering at different angles in the garden for children to experiment with objects and learn about trajectory.

Children also benefit from activities that encourage large motor movements, such as throwing balls, dancing, and yoga, helping them build good physical skills.
