My son has flourished at Tower College thanks to its genuinely nurturing environment and small class sizes. Teachers know him extremely well and tailor his learning so that he can move at the pace that suits him best. He has never been held back, and this approach has helped him grow academically and personally. The behaviour of the pupils is consistently impressive. The school has a calm, respectful atmosphere that you can feel the moment you walk in, and it makes a huge difference to how settled and confident my son feels. Communication from the school is outstanding. Information is clear, regular and thoughtfully delivered, and I always feel informed and included in his education. The emphasis on the hidden curriculum has had an enormous impact on him. He has developed fantastic manners, confidence when speaking to adults, and strong, genuine friendships. These skills are just as important as academics, and Tower College understands that completely. My son enjoys his lessons because they’re interactive and engaging, with lots of collaboration rather than endless worksheets. He also loves the school meals and the variety on offer. The school provides an impressive number of trips, activities and extra-curricular opportunities, and its links with the community are a wonderful bonus. He feels comfortable with the staff, enjoys going to school every day, and has made friendships that mean a great deal to him. Tower College is a beautiful place to learn, and it has been the perfect environment for him to grow. We as parents are excited for Alfie’s future endeavours thanks to the foundations laid by this wonderful school!

I feel compelled to right a few wrongs on some of (what I believe to be) very tarnished views on here. Reviews are vital but they should be based on genuine facts and not just personal opinions given by disgruntled people. The negative reviews could not be further from the truth. My Son has been at Tower College since he was 4 years old, today he is nearly 11 yrs. Tower College consistently scores highly by independent assessors for being very well managed. Here are the facts…the report from 2024 outlined children are well cared for with a rich and varied programme of leaning. The school was praised for behaviour in lessons being of a high standard, with teacher/pupil interactions being highly positive. I have had several close interactions with school management and they could not be any more positive. The school staff are both caring and responsive, consistently making the right decisions. The independent report found the leaders and management are highly successful. Senior leaders excel at planning. I was very proud to be elected as a governor last year which gave me a unique insight into the finer working of the school, and being a very successful CEO, I can confirm the management team are amazing. I am particularly saddened by the clear untruths made in these reviews regarding pupil bad behaviour, this is just not true. Yes some pupils have sadly been expelled, but only after all remedial avenues were exhausted, thus demonstrating the clear stance the managers have on producing outstanding citizens, who are well prepared for British society. Tower College (rubber stamped by its independent inspection results) remain as a beacon of exactly how an independent school should be run, I think that is why in 2021, The Sunday Times Top Schools league tables ranked Tower College as the top independent secondary school in Merseyside! This ranking recognised the schools excellent GCSE results, which were attributed to the teachers, and their innovative teaching methods.

Wonderful School. Our Daughter thrives in her academic environment and has always spoke positively about her teachers and learning. A school where she will keep forever friends and gain all the experiences she will need in the big world.

A few years ago, we transferred our children from a local state school to Tower College, and it has been the best decision we have ever made. They are much happier now and thriving, which is all any parent could ask for. The teachers are caring and invested in the children's well-being. I would highly recommend this school!

My son has been at the school for over 6 years and we are extremely happy with our decision. The small classes allow the teachers to work through the syllabus swiftly and efficiently - I am amazed at the knowledge they bring home even at age 4! On my visits to the school I always notice that security is taken very seriously which reassures me greatly. I am struck by how every teacher seems to know virtually every child by name even though the school has children 3-16years. The other thing I absolutely love is how supportive and friendly the other parents are. It’s like having a huge extended family. We even help each other out with childcare from time to time. The fees are less than I was paying his nursery so definitely brilliant value for all the benefit it brings to his life. He is definitely living his best life at Tower College and we feel it’s the best gift we could have given him.❤️
